8-day workshop with Master Yuantong Liu

Master Liu began studying a traditional form of qigong at the age of 8, and then later learned Zhineng Qigong. For the last 20 years he has been practicing Zhineng Qigong, and was a teacher at the Hua Xia Qigong Center, also known as the Medicine-less Hospital, for 10 years. He has also taught in Tibet and Sweden. At the moment he is teaching in his own Taiji Healing Centre in Meishan (China).

• Wallsquats
• La-Chi method
• Basic theories of Zhineng Qigong
• How to create a Qi field
• Activating your own selfhealing power
• Fa Chi – to send Qi to others
• Individual correction
• Level 2:
• Chen Chi
• Body and Mind method
• Chi Tapping
