Come riconoscere un insegnante (cinese?)

Dalla pagina facebook di Gao Yuan possiamo leggere la traduzione in inglese di un testo scritto dal Dr. Pang Ming nel 2001. Testo con cui probabilmente Pang Ming intendeva cautelare sé stesso e il centro Huaxia nei confronti di un governo che a causa dei fatti collegati alla FLG era diventato molto sensibile alle attività delle scuole di Qigong moderno.

A declaration issued by Dr. Pang, it is still very meaningful now.
Recently, I found that some people who teach qigong abroad said, "I am sent by Dr. Pang, and I teach Qigong to raise funds for Dr. Pang" , etc. I hereby declare as follows:

1. After April 25 1999, the former Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center and myself have voluntarily and timely canceled all the lecture activities in China and abroad since May 1999. I never appointed anyone in the name of the Huaxia Center and myself to lecture and teach Qigong abroad. Those who teach Qigong abroad are their own personal behavior, which has nothing to do with me and the Huaxia Center.

2. I have always advocated that traditional Qigong should become scientific and modern Qigong, and I have always opposed feudal superstition and personal superstition. which was clearly stipulated in the Huaxia Center staff code. However, some people have put "Teacher Pang" in an inappropriate position abroad to carry out the so-called "praise", which is not so much to praise me, but to raise their own status to attract more students.

In order to avoid the students being deceived or misled, I made this declaration, which is used as the basis for Qigong practitioners and related person to inspect the words and deeds of teachers.

Cosa significa diffondere questo testo nel 2019?

 

Credo che l'intento di Gao Yuan sia di mettere ordine in un momento in cui il Zhineng Qigong sta conoscendo una diffusione sempre maggiore in Occidente. 

A parte questo però penso si possano anche leggere almeno due linee diverse di pensiero: 

1. Il disinteresse di Pang Ming nel creare una struttura gerarchica sul modello tradizionale maestro-discepolo; 

2. La responsabilità o forse la libertà concessa agli insegnanti cinesi di essere promotori in prima persona di un cambiamento e non semplici delegati di un’organizzazione maggiore.
